Prabhashankar Kannapan
Founder and Managing Director
Prabhashankar brings deep full stack engineering expertise across Node.js, Flutter, React, and enterprise grade system architecture. His work spans consumer platforms, tax and professional services applications, and ERP integration engagements across India, the GCC, and internationally.
Before founding Monolithia, he led engineering work on several notable engagements in professional services and ERP. The methodologies refined during that work, including Right Sized Architecture and Intelligent Evolution, shape how every Monolithia engagement runs.
He holds a Udacity Nanodegree in Neural Networks and was awarded the Special Jury Prize at the IATA and IBS Software Hackathon.
